Who we are

This website is operated by Wall Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15045668, whose registered office is Longfrey Cottage, Dorking Road, Chilworth, Surrey, GU4 8RH. CDL Lead Partner is a trading name of Wall Media Ltd. You can contact us by email at hello@wallmedia.co.uk.

What this website is for

The website describes our pay per lead driver recruiting service for US truckload carriers and lets carriers send us an enquiry or book a call. It is for business users. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance: any service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement signed with each carrier, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this website.

Information on the website

We take care to keep the website accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change at any time. Examples shown on the website, including the pipeline and lead record illustrations, are illustrative and are not live data.

We deliver driver applicants. We do not guarantee that any applicant will be hired: interviews, background checks and hiring decisions remain with the carrier.

Your use of the website

You must not misuse the website, including by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or submitting information that is false or that you are not entitled to share. If you submit an enquiry on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, logos and images belong to Wall Media Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.
