CDL driver recruiting for US truckload carriers, paid per lead
Your recruiters need Class A drivers who have already said yes to the basics. Our CDL driver recruiting turns the usual model around. Instead of a retainer plus ad spend, we run the driver ads, ask the screening questions and post each lead into your Tenstreet or DriverReach intake. You pay per lead. There's no upfront cost and no setup fees, and the risk sits with us, not your recruiting budget.

How our CDL driver recruiting works
Recruiting truck drivers through paid ads takes budget and someone watching every campaign. We take that work on, and you only see the result: applicants in your ATS.
- 01Tell us who you hire.Your lanes, hiring states, trailer types and the ATS you use.
- 02We run the driver ads. Each ad points to an apply page with your company's name on it.
- 03Drivers answer screening questions.CDL-A, 21 or older, experience, endorsements and DUI history, before the lead reaches you.
- 04The lead lands in your ATS.Posted to your Tenstreet or DriverReach intake, where your recruiters already work.
- 05You pay per lead.Payment terms agreed with you.
What arrives is a CDL-A applicant lead your recruiters can pick up the same way they handle any other application.
What's in each lead
Name, phone and home ZIP. CDL-A status, age 21 or older, experience band, endorsements, DUI or DWI answer and owner-operator status. Plus the consent record, with a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate.
Every one of these CDL driver leads comes from a driver who filled in the apply form with your company named on it. We don't run MVR checks. Your team runs MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse checks as part of your normal process.
[NEEDS: driver name and phone fields added to the spec 4.1 mapping (Hildur) before "Name, phone" ships]
Delivered where you already work
No new inbox to check. Leads go straight to your Tenstreet or DriverReach intake. Truck driver leads that sit in someone's email are easy to miss, so we post each one into the system your recruiters already use.
Consent recorded on every lead
Drivers give written consent that names your company before they submit. We keep the consent text, version and timestamp with the lead, and we only call or text inside federal and state quiet hours. Good CDL recruiting depends on consent you can prove later, so it travels with every record.
An alternative to a truck driver recruitment agency
A truck driver recruitment agency gets paid for effort, through a monthly retainer or a placement fee for each hire. We get paid for results. We run and pay for the ads, and you pay per lead delivered into your ATS. If the ads don't bring in applicants, that cost is ours.
You keep the parts that matter most. Interviews, background checks and hiring decisions stay with your team. We don't promise hires, and we won't pretend to. We deliver applicants who match the screening questions, and your recruiters decide who gets a seat.
Truck driver recruiting that's paid per result
With a retainer, truck driver recruitment spend goes out before you know what it bought. Here you pay per result: each driver lead we deliver. No upfront cost, no setup fees, no ad bill. Payment terms agreed with you.
One note on the name. These aren't trucking leads for freight or loads. Every lead is a Class A driver who applied to drive for you.
Every lead is exclusive to you. Never shared, never resold.
FAQ
Questions carriers ask
We run the driver ads, ask the screening questions and post each lead into your Tenstreet or DriverReach intake. You pay for each driver lead we deliver, not for our time or the ads. No upfront cost and no setup fees, so it's risk-free to start.
A lead is a Class A CDL driver applicant who answered the screening questions and gave written consent naming your company. Price per lead and payment terms are agreed with you before any leads are sent.
Yes. Every lead is exclusive to you. Never shared, never resold.
Drivers tell us whether they hold a CDL-A, are 21 or older, how much CDL-A experience they have, their endorsements, DUI or DWI history for the look-back you set, home ZIP and whether they are an owner-operator. We don't run MVR checks; your team runs MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse checks as part of your normal process.
Yes. Each lead is posted to your Tenstreet or DriverReach intake, so it shows up where your recruiters already work.
You tell us the states you hire from and the freight you haul: dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker or other. We build a driver apply page for each lane or region you're hiring for, with your company named on it.
We don't promise a timeline. Applications start once your driver ads are live, and how many you get depends on your lanes, states and hiring criteria. You only pay for results, so you pay for the leads that arrive, not for the wait.
The usual model has you paying a retainer plus ad spend and hoping applicants follow. Here you pay per lead, so the risk sits with us, not your recruiting budget. We deliver applicants; interviews, checks and hiring decisions stay with your team.
No. We run the ads. You pay per result, not the ad bill.
Start with the short form: your company, DOT and MC numbers, fleet size, the states you hire from, your lanes and freight types, and the ATS you use. After that we need your hiring criteria, including your DUI look-back, the job details for your apply pages, and intake details for your Tenstreet or DriverReach account so leads post straight in. No ad accounts and no setup fees.
We run paid driver ads on Meta and Google for your lanes and states. Each ad sends drivers to an apply page with your company named on it, and they answer the screening questions before the lead reaches you: CDL-A, 21 or older, experience, endorsements and DUI history. If you're working out how to recruit truck drivers without paying a retainer, that's the model. We carry the ad cost and you pay per result.
Tell us your lanes, states and ATS, and we'll show you how pay per lead would work for your fleet.
